Basically, our users have standard level accounts which do not have privileges to install softwares (updates are pushed every week through the use of apple remote desktop). I've looked through the preferences; cannot find an option to disable automatic updates from being installed in Office 2008. (updates came in last night and really screwed things up) Did some searching and found something suggested for mucking about with commands in Terminal which is not my forte, so rather not.
Is there an easy solution?
